Tamarack Properties is a Saskatchewan-based property management company that has been part of the communities we operate in since the company was founded by Joe Remai in the early 1980s. Family-run and owner-operated, Joe’s son Josh Remai now heads up the organization.
The first property we purchased was at 1501 Olive Diefenbaker Drive in Prince Albert, Sask., and while that building has since been sold, we’ve expanded our holdings to 11 apartment buildings (167 units), seven commercial properties (20 units), and multiple land holdings for future projects.

Tamarack sponsors an annual bursary at Sask Polytech’s P.A. campus for a student in financial need. The bursary is not tied to any program of study — any student can apply.
Tamarack is an annual sponsor for the Mont St. Joseph Gala in support of their long-term care home in P.A.
Global Neighbors is a non-profit started by a P.A.-based family with a focus on healthcare and education projects in Myanmar and Thailand. Joe has made several trips to Myanmar and Thailand to help build schools, safe houses, and hospitals. He also managed a new home build in P.A. where he asked local trades and suppliers to donate to the construction of the house, with the sale of the house raising $160,000 for Global Neighbors.
