Tamarack Properties is a Saskatchewan-based property management company- founded by Joe Remai in the early 1980s. Family-run and owner-operated, Joe’s son Josh Remai now heads up the organization.
The first property we purchased was at 1501 Olive Diefenbaker Drive in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and while that building has since been sold, we’ve expanded our portfolio to include numerous residential and commercial holdings throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta, including multiple land holdings for future projects.
At Tamarack Properties, we don’t manage properties for others — we own and operate every property we manage. This owner-operator approach allows us to take pride in every detail, make decisions quickly, and maintain our buildings to a standard that reflects long-term value, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
Our integrated Property Management team works closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Leadership to ensure our properties are safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed year-round.
