Healthy communities start with well-being at home

At Tamarack Properties, we value community and believe in cultivating strong tenant relationships with both our residential and commercial partners. Committed to providing safe, secure and comfortable homes and businesses, Tamarack strives to put people first at every property we manage.

Mission

To own and operate well-maintained homes for families and businesses.

Purpose

To be the foundation for our community of partners to be successful.

History

Tamarack Properties is a Saskatchewan-based property management company- founded by Joe Remai in the early 1980s. Family-run and owner-operated, Joe’s son Josh Remai now heads up the organization.

The first property we purchased was at 1501 Olive Diefenbaker Drive in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and while that building has since been sold, we’ve expanded our portfolio to include numerous residential and commercial holdings throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta, including multiple land holdings for future projects.

Supporting our community

We believe in lending a helping hand to the people in our local community and beyond.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic
Prince Albert Campus

Tamarack proudly sponsors an annual bursary at Sask Polytech’s Prince Albert Campus for a student experiencing financial need.

This bursary is not tied to any specific program — any student can apply. Our aim is to help open doors for students so they can focus on learning, growth, and opportunity.

Local Community Support Prince Albert & Melfort

Tamarack is committed to giving back to the communities we call home, aiming to make a meaningful difference.

In both Prince Albert and Melfort, Tamarack contributes to local events, community programs, and initiatives that help strengthen our neighbourhoods.
