Brightwater Apartments

Brightwater Apartments consists of 24 high quality apartment suites with 23 2-bedroom/1-bathroom suites and one 1-bedroom/1-bathroom suite, all featuring a spacious balcony or patio, many with terrific views of Osoyoos Lake. There is elevator service for the building, 39 surface parking stalls and each suite features its own secured storage room off the balcony or patio.

The suites all feature open floor plan layouts that are bright, spacious and well appointed including luxury vinyl plank flooring, in-suite washers and dryers, and full appliance package in the kitchens including dishwashers and over-the-range microwaves. Each suite has its own heat pump and condenser for heating and cooling with each suite individually metered for hydro with tenants responsible for this utility. Domestic hot water is provided to the tenants through gas-fired hot water tanks.

All-Inclusive Rent Option

At Brightwater View Apartments, we offer a simplified, all-inclusive rent option to make monthly budgeting that much easier. Electricity is included up to $100 per month, helping you avoid unexpected spikes while still enjoying a comfortable, climate-controlled home. Any usage beyond that amount is simply billed to you, the tenant. Keeping things fair, transparent, and in your control.

Pet-Friendly First Floor Living

We know pets are part of the family, which is why first-floor suites are now pet-friendly. Approved dogs, cats, or birds are welcome (maximum of two pets per suite, 35 lbs each). These ground-level homes provide convenient access for daily routines like walks and outdoor time, making them a great fit for both you and your furry (or feathered) companions.
